The missing activist Abubakar Idris, also known as Dadiyata, was a critic of the former Kaduna State governor, according to former presidential advisor Reno Omokri, who has refuted assertions made by the former governor.
Following El-Rufai’s Friday interview on Arise TV, in which he denied ever knowing or meeting the critic, Omokri responded.
Omokri charged El-Rufai on Saturday with deceiving the public about Dadiyata’s attitude toward his government in a post on X.
Dadiyata was a critic of El-Rufa’i. The proof is also attached. And not only that. When Nasir was kidnapped, Bashir, his son, rejoiced. Is it Dadiyata that Nasir cannot make vanish if he can threaten foreign election observers with death?
Omokri demanded answers and raised additional concerns about the activist’s disappearance.
It’s Valentine’s Day today. He stated, “Dadiyata’s wife… and their two young daughters deserve to know what happened to their loved one.”
