The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has been commended by John Chuma Nwosu, the African Democratic Congress’ (ADC) candidate for governor of Anambra State, for regularizing the party’s National Working Committee (NWC), which is led by David Mark.
He denied assertions made by reporters that the electoral umpire was only following a script to set up ADC for judicial destruction.
He claimed that the exercise of democratic rights and obligations cannot be justified by conspiracy theories.
At a time when the electorate was looking for a viable alternative, Nwosu emphasized that the swift acknowledgement of the ADC’s national leadership was a significant democratic gesture for Anambra people.
The Anambra people enthusiastically embraced the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), which he said was the alternative.
The same APGA has now grown drunk on power and begun to treat the populace with contempt after 24 years.

However, the state has been remembered by God once more as the nation’s light. Additionally, INEC’s regularization of ADC’s leadership demonstrates its patriotic impartiality.
“I can thus assure you that the coalition of opposition politicians who share a sense of patriotism would convene in Anambra to commence the process of national rescue.”
“A covert agenda does not exist. ADC is now a reality; the commission has fulfilled its obligations and all required paperwork has been completed.
“The outdated, dilapidated platforms that have been defrauding the public finally have a viable substitute.
There will be sufficient space for the people of Anambra to exercise their right to vote on November 8 and choose a servant leader rather than haughty miscreants and opportunists as their governor.
“The actions taken by INEC will compel all political parties to run campaigns centered on topics that the public finds important.”
