Nigerians lament police officers allegedly harassing their countryman in India

A yet-to-be identified Nigerian man has been assaulted and harassed by police officers in India.
According to a viral video, the police officers can be seen seizing the phone of the victim as they harass him.
However, a Nigerian man identified as Kelvin in a post, revealed that his compatriots experience harassment from the police officers regularly.

He noted that the officers go about seizing phones and request for the visa or passport of the victims. Once the victims aren’t able to provide the requested documents, the police officers extort them.
