Mothering Sunday: Ezendigbo Of Ijegun/Ijeododo celebrates with mothers Of Holy Spirit  Catholic Diocese Aiyetoro, Receives An Award.

Holy Spirit Catholic Diocese under the leadership of Rev. Father Charles Obina Onuoha celebrates Mothering Sunday in a grand Style. HRM Okpoko 1 of Ijegun/Ijeododo Area of Lagos , Igwe Dr.Chika C. Nwokedi was present at the event as a special guest in honor of Mothers and what Godly women stands for.

The Occasion was held at the Aiyetoro branch of the diocese where members and invited guest made it a colourful gathering. Women of the parish entertained guest with exciting performances like March Past and Citations.

HRH Chika Nwokedi is known for his non tribalism when it comes to leadership and as such, displayed his usual mannerism for unity as he stands for all and reveres God in all that he does even when observing traditional duties.

In his speech, the Eze talked about his respect for women as well as his dedication to God for he is the giver of life. He gave stances on how he came from being poor to becoming the star he is today. He gave a donation to support the women in his usual philanthropic style  in accordance with one of the essence of the program.

HRM Ezendigbo of Ijegun/Ijeododo was also awarded by the women of Holy spirit Catholic church Aiyetoro Ijaniki lagos and Catholic Women Organisation (CWON) in recognition of his endless assistance for CWON and to the catholic church at large.

Furthermore, the Eze also paid a courtesy  visit to Bishop Anene Nwachuku of Rhema church, a long time friend that has also been a support to his endeavours as well as a spiritual father.
