Missing Singer Found Dead In Benue, Body Dumped Near A River.

Terungwa Ikon, aka Ortrees, a popular singer in Benue State, has been discovered several weeks after he went missing in Makurdi’s North Bank suburb.
On Wednesday, April 23, 2022, it was reported that the deceased had gone missing.
Before going missing, the singer was said to have left his elder brother’s home and gone to their family’s home in Makurdi’s North Bank neighborhood.

“He was never seen again until Sunday, June 5, 2022, when his body was discovered dumped near a river,” a source said.
The report was confirmed by Catherine Anene, the state Police Public Relations Officer and a Superintendent of Police.
Anene texted, “It’s true.”
She went on to say that the singer’s body had been dumped in the river, and that several arrests had been made, with the suspects being cultists.
