DeVon Franklin and Meagan Good, a well-known movie producer, have called it quits after nine years of marriage.
Devon filed for divorce from actress Meagan Good on Monday, December 20 due to irreconcilable differences, claiming they had been separated since August.

He revealed the decision on his Instagram page, saying it was made after much prayer and thought.
“After much prayer and thought, we have decided to go into our futures separately but forever connected,” he wrote in his post.
“We are celebrating almost a decade of marriage and an everlasting love.” There is no one to blame; we believe this is the next best step in our love’s evolution.”
They’re “extremely grateful for the life-changing years we’ve spent together as husband and wife,” he added.

Devon requested that neither party receive spousal support because they have no children together, according to a document obtained by E News.
Meagan posted a quote on her Instagram Story on Dec. 20 shortly after the news broke, writing, “Healing isn’t pretty, but the other side is freaking beautiful.”
