Imo: Group Drum Up Support For Gov Hope Uzodinma Re-election Bid

Grow Orlu Project, a coalition group comprising of coordinators from 11 local governments in Imo State meets for a round table discussion on 31st October, 2023 to uphold solidarity in support of Governor Hope Uzodinma’s re-election bid in the oncoming gubernatorial election.
The meeting was convened by the facilitator, Prince Nixon Okwara with the participation of members with a common goal to discuss plans to be executed in accordance with resolute support for the re-election bid of Gov. Hope Uzodinma in the November 11, 2023 gubernatorial election in Imo state.

The meeting commenced with the observation of a solemn note of one-minute silence in memory of a fallen hero, the General Coordinator, Capt.Tony Enoch, who was tragically murdered a few months ago.
In a united front, motion moved by Sir Duru Smart and seconded by Ikedi Nwauwa in alignment with the directive of Senator Osita Izunaso is a wake up call for imolites in making the right decision to re-elect Gov. Hope as the preferred candidate. His come back to office will give a leverage in the furtherance of projects completion and infrastructural developments, the second term will not only enhance the possibilty of a better Imo but will create remarkable achievements aided by good governance.
The collective recognition of coordinators in acknowledgement of the governor’s notable achievements and strides in the region gave rise to solidarity in the pledge for full support come November 11, 2023 in Imo. The decision that all coordinators return to their respective Local Government Areas (LGA) to actively mobilize their wards and boots for the upcoming election fostered a concluded agreement which demonstrates the Grow Orlu Project’s dedication to supporting Governor Hope Uzodima’s re-election bid.
The group during the meeting appointed Mr Smart Duru -General Coordinator and Nworji Azubuike – Project secretary as newly appointed executives of the “Grow Orlu Project” created to move imolites into the era of possibilities and certainties.
Senator Osita Izunaso who was ably represented by the DG of Kpakpando Political family, Hon. Ford Ozumba stated during his speech at the round table meeting of “Grow Orlu Project” that there is need for the new leadership to be proactive, humble, and dedicated to the cause, says “Senator Izunaso’s guidance and encouragement will always come in handy to guide all aright.

In unity, the Grow Orlu Project meeting coordinators expressed their commitment to the project’s goals and objectives, determined to continue the important work that Late Captain Enoch started.
