CP. Katsina State Police Command, CP Idrisu Dabban Dauda psc+, fdc, Presents Cheque Of (N18,900,000) To Families Of Deceased Police Officers who died In Active Service On Behalf Of IGP Alkali Baba Usman psc +, fdc, NPM, Under – IGP Family Welfare Insurance Scheme.

The Commissioner of Police, Katsina State Command, CP Idrisu Dabban Dauda, psc +, fdc, presented cheques valued eighteen million and nine hundred thousand naira (N18,900,000:00K) to families/next of kin of deceased police officers, who died while in active service, on behalf of the Inspector-General of Police, IGP Alkali Baba Usman psc +, fdc, NPM.

The presentation of the cheques is part of the IGP’s Family Welfare Insurance Scheme being given to families of deceased Police Officers. The program which took place at the Command Headquarters, Katsina, witnessed the presentation of various cheques of different amounts to families of twenty (20) deceased police officers who died while in active service.

The Commissioner of Police, while presenting the cheques, appreciates the efforts of the Inspector-General of Police, for improving the welfare of the officers and men of the Nigeria Police Force and urged the beneficiaries to make judicious use of the money for their betterment.

One of the benefiting families, Maryam Sabo, spoke on behalf of other beneficiaries and thanked the Inspector-General of Police for the welfare package and promised to use the money judiciously, please.
