Still celebrating an icon, Eze Chika Nwokedi, Okpoko 1 of Obodoukwu, Igwe of Ijegun Ijeododo, President of Ndigbo Buru Otu Association Of Nigeria and members of the association visits the orphanage home, donates foodstuff items and goodies for the children of Bethlehem charity and orphanage home located at 50 Goodluck avenue off custom bus stop, abaranje road ikotun Lagos.

This is a gesture that is done twice yearly in the last 8yrs by the association to further show love and give favourable assistance to children in need.
The Ndigbo Buru Otu Association had always been known for their philanthropic gesture which includes giving out loans without collateral, care for widows and less priviledged, great support and assistance given to members and the populace as well as the fight for the voiceless.
This year’s gift and visit to the orphanage was more special in commemoration of the President of the association’s golden jubilee celebration as Eze Chika had always been a man with the free will to always give not minding age, race, ethnicity, religion or personality. A detribalised royal with the touch of humanity as he does with widows and all who needs assistance both financially and morally.

The association has achieved a lot in the years of its existence due to the resilience to promote growth, togetherness and innovation to succeed while establishing great potential and opportunities for its members.

In this year’s golden jubilee celebration, the icon of greatness and founder of the association explored areas of concern in order to promote togetherness and in doing so had attracted dignitaries from all works of life who will be celebrating him at the prestigious White House Events Centre at Isheri Ijegun on the 7th August, 2022.
