Four people were killed in a new attack by suspected Fulani militia at Zaman Dabo village in the Atyap Chiefdom of Kaduna State’s Zangon Kataf Local Government Area.

The Atyap Chiefdom has been targeted by suspected Fulani militias on several occasions, killing a small number of people, setting houses on fire, and destroying other property, including crops.

According to a source who requested anonymity, the attackers stormed the village at night and carried out their evil plan.

“Apart from the four people killed by the attackers, one person was seriously injured and was rushed to an undisclosed hospital for treatment,” the source said.

When contacted, ASP Mohammed Jalige, the State Police Public Relations Officer, promised to contact the Area Commander and get back to them.
