The federal government claims it is currently overcoming the gas limits affecting power generation, thus the nationwide blackout may soon come to an end.
In his Eid-el-Fitr greeting to Nigerians on Thursday, Minister of Power Adebayo Adelabu revealed the FG’s action.
He claims that the government led by President Bola Tinubu is starting to see benefits from its recent efforts.
The Minister also revealed that practical steps are being taken to guarantee a steady power supply, emphasizing that Nigerians will soon experience the full advantages of the initiatives.
“Specific steps are being taken to guarantee more sustainable and dependable electricity for residences, companies, and industries.
“Nigerians will soon see the full benefits of President Bola Tinubu’s reforms, which are starting to take root,” he stated.
According to reports, the country was recently engulfed in darkness, which severely damaged businesses and made the situation worse.
This is despite the fact that the price of petroleum goods is still skyrocketing due to the ongoing Middle East turmoil.
