Eze Okpoko 1 And Entourage, Friends, Well Wishers, Commemorate With AIG Adekunle Asafe, CP Austins Akika At their Send Forth Event.

Okpoko 1 and entourage, friends, well wishers all barged into the promotion get together / send off party of Austines Akika and Adekunle Asafe who has just been Promoted to the rank of Commissioner of Police, Assistant Inspector General of Police respectively on the 7th October 2022 amongst 43 newly promoted CPs and 12 AIGs.
The event took place at the parade ground of the Police college in Ikeja Lagos on 26th October, 2022. An event which attracted high profiled individuals in the society who have come to give a parting gift to the amiable gallant police officers in celebration of a new achievement and elevation.
Okpoko 1 in his capacity appreciated and congratulated AIG Adekunle Asafe and CP Austines Akika for a well deserved elevation, a commendation for their resilience to work that has been portrayed over these years as a law upholder.
Eze Chika had always supported the police as much as he can both morally and financially to further strengthen his relationship with the police while spurring officers to work diligently.
The entourage of Okpoko 1 includes his wife, Lolo Pst. Tessy Chika Nwokedi some members of his cabinet as well as members of the Ndi Igbo Buruotu Association. Some of Eze Chika’s friend whom Also accompanied him to celebrate with CP Akika includes: Remigius Nghoromike, President of Aswani market Charles Okonkwor,CEO/ Chairman Rhyme Grace Enterprise,Chief Nwatakwachaa Chairman Director, Long Bar restaurant, Oge Best, Woman leader Igbo speaking Committee, Bishop Moses and other friends and well wishers of HRH Chika Nwokedi.
Eze Okpoko described CP Akika as a good man that doesn’t support evil, a man of integrity with a good heart, an intelligent officer of the law. He noted that his relationship with the CP dated back to when he was a CSP. Eze Okpoko prayed that Almighty God will reward his good deeds unhindered as well as bless his children, gives glory to God for the new rank.
HRH also congratulated AIG Asafe Adekunle on his promotion, he was a former CP at the Police college but now an AIG. He was also described as a very good man and has been friends with HRM for over 12yrs.
Okpoko said:
” When I see a good officer I will become friends with them, will always love, commend and support them. Looking at how Asafe had affected the Police College where he served as a CP, you will notice visible changes in its infrastructural development. We celebrate AIG Asafe for his latest achievement and appointment into higher positions befitting to his new rank.”
HRM Chika Nwokedi told Naomi Sophy Blog that the good deeds of these gallant officers of the law had attracted members of the Igbo Buruotu Association of Nigeria and palace members to celebrate and support the newly promoted AIG and CP in the send forth get together event. He also as usual gave out various gifts to officers who were present at the event to further express his enthusiasm as well as goodwill.

May God give these fine officers more promotion and long life to reap what they have sown on earth, wishing all the promoted police officers success in their new offices, HRM quipped.
Previously, Eze Chika Nwokedi was honoured by the Airport Command in Ikeja by CP Salem V. Amachree Esq. for his magnanimity towards police officers not minding their rankings or position. He was honoured in complement of his good deeds and large heart potrayed towards the police. In times past even to this present day, Eze Chika is known for supporting the police in magnitude, a philanthropic ability he portrayed in the last 25yrs and as such is rewarded to show how much the Nigerian police recognises and appreciates his effort so far.
HRM will time in time extend an open handed to all sundry not minding your race, tribe or background, a detribalised royal that has deemed it fit to always show kindness and spread love through the act of giving. This has led him to being a multiple award winning royal, a well deserved honor to show his capacity.
