According to Rev. Ezekiel Dachomo, the regional leader of the Church of Christ Nations in Plateau State, the system has been compromised by the integration of repentant Boko Haram terrorists into the security force.
Dachomo reportedly revealed this on Monday in an interview with Channels Television’s “The Morning Brief” show.
Speaking on the unrest and purported genocide against Christians in Nigeria, especially in the country’s north, Dachomo called on the Federal Government to resolve the problem.
“The security has been tainted by the absorption of the repentant Boko Haram, who are helping and providing information,” he declared. They are still with their brothers in the jungle.
“What the federal government can do should be done.” Anybody who uses chemicals to kill a cow should never be arrested.
“We will begin applying herbicides to our lands to prevent issues, and we are prepared to defend ourselves if their cows perish. It’s not like previously. Withdrawing the Nigerian Army will bring about peace, I assure you.
The cleric’s words follow increased international scrutiny, including claims by foreign groups alleging mass targeting of Christians, a narrative the Federal Government and numerous key stakeholders have repeatedly refuted.
