2023:Senator Omo-Agege Declares Intention To Run For Delta State Governorship – Orogun APC Youth Forum Consolidates.

Orogun APC Youth Forum holds its regional meeting on 4th March, 2022 with speakers Comr. Pius Onodjae, Dr. Bennis Agbonifo, Comr. Great Legend Edese,Chief Young Akpude, Mr, Ofunaba Andrew Ofunaba and Deacon Francis Eboh to formally declare support for the Governorship ambition of the Deputy Senate President (DSP), Senator Ovie Omo-Agege during a meeting held at Sanubi-Orogun in Ughelli North LGA, Delta state.
The essence of the meeting is to converge and talk about ways to show support to their choice of Governorship candidate “Sen. Omo-Agege”, who is seen as an efficient hand that will effect more development to Delta State as well as enlightening the youths as to why Omo-Agege is perfect for the people.
Reports has it that the distinguished Senator formally declared his ambition to run for Governorship position in Delta state come 2023 and will officially put this out before the public on 14th April,2022.. Venue will be communicated before the said date.
Mr. Pius Onodjae noted that he has the full support of the youths on this declaration as the last meeting held at Aragba orogun was well attended by a good number of youths to show solidarity. This time around the meeting is being held at Sanubi as rotation of venues is needed to Foster Unity amongst members of the APC Youth Forum, he said.
Forming a formidable force is paramount for a start, so as to establish preparedness to work in unity and to achieve a common goal by ensuring that our amiable Senator, “Ovie Agege” Emerges As the man on the Governorship seat come 2023,he quipped. He also stated that town Hall meetings will hold to enlighten the people of Delta State communities on the need to work for Senator Agege’s ambition” as well as vivid efforts being made to reach out to other APC youths across the 25 local government areas in the state.

Comr. Great Adese Legend categorically stated the essence of the meeting and the preparedness of the APC youths towards making sure that their choice of Governorship candidate gets what he truly deserves. Senator Agege is genuinely fit for the seat as the Governor of Delta State by 2023 due to his previous records, sighting the progress made within the few years he has severed as a senator representing Delta State. “Ovie Agege has done very well to the expectation of Delta Central and the State at large,” he added.
Recounting Sen. Omo-Agege’s developmental project in Delta state, Mr. Adese Legend Great noted that, “Agege brought into establishment a Federal Polytechnic, Law school in Orogun kingdom, which is the glory of Urhobo Nation and Delta State as a whole. He also provided street lights across all the villages in Urhobo Nation, brought into establishment the Nigerian Defence Academy as well as empowered many youths just to mention but a few”. All these were done by Ovie Agege just as a senator, noting that if given the mandate to be the governor of the state come 2023, he will do more to transform Delta State for better development, he has the interest of the people at heart , the significance of a good leader.
Adese described Senator Agege as a legend, stating that a legend is he who fights for others to progress and that’s why he will always support Ovie Agege’s ambition. He assured that Ovie Agege will make a visible difference if he is being voted into power as Delta State Governor.
He also called on the youths of Orogun kingdom as well as others from across Delta State to support Senator Ovie Agege’s ambition come 2023 for good dividends of democracy due to the fact that his developmental projects so far cuts across his senatorial District.
Dr. Bennis Agbonifo also spoke in solidarity with previous speakers as she appreciates the turn out of the meeting. In her address she noted that Orogun APC Youth Forum is a forum of the youth wing of APC to champion the course of Senator Ovie Agege at all levels, and that the forum will continually work to fully mobilize support for Agege’s Governorship ambition.
More Also, Chief Young Akpude, Mr, Ofunaba Andrew Ofunaba and Deacon Francis Eboh who also commended the efforts Orogun APC Youth Forum, urging for resilience, dedication and total commitment to the common cause of APC Youth Forum.
The Forum’s oncoming feast is going to be tagged “APC Omo-Agege carnival” where notable artist like the popular singer Flavour and comedians will be performing live in consolidation with DSP Omo-Agege.
