The Senate Minority Leader, Senator Abba Moro, has received the sincerest condolences from the Benue socio-cultural group Ichama Unity Forum (IUF) in the wake of the untimely deaths of his cherished son, Peter Moro, and his granddaughter, Divine Moro Jr.
The forum conveyed its deep sadness over the tragic event in a condolence message issued by IUF President Engr. John Ochigbo.
“We were shocked and deeply saddened to learn of the deaths of your cherished son, Peter Moro, and your grandchild, Divine Moro Jr.
We are in great agony and sadness as a result of this double catastrophe. At this most trying moment, we can only fathom how deeply you are grieving.
We pray and stand with you in solidarity, knowing that God will give you and your family the courage, support, and strength to deal with this significant loss. Words frequently fail in such situations.
In addition, the forum offered its condolences to Mrs. Gina Moro, the spouse of Mr. Macbeth Onoja, one of its diasporan members, and prayed that “God Almighty will console them and uphold the entire family through this trying moment.”
“Though gone too soon, Peter and Divine have found eternal rest in the bosom of the Lord,” the IUF said in its condolences to Sen. Moro and the family, urging them to find comfort in God’s will.
God’s everlasting grace would envelop the Moro family in peace, strength, and divine comfort, the IUF prayed.
