Ufuoma McDermott, a Nollywood actress, has slammed those who make fun of the elderly.
The mother of two captioned a video she posted on Instagram, saying that aging is a gift from God.
She believed that there would come a time when those who were fortunate enough to live to old age would reflect on their prime years.
“There will come a time when we will look back and realize we are no longer young,” she wrote.

In other news, Bukola Elemide, better known by his stage name Asa, a Nigerian singer, has lamented the negative impact of the Nigerian economy on the people of Lagos.
When asked to compare today’s Lagos to that of her childhood, the exceptional singer revealed this during a recent interview with media personality Ebuka Uchendu.
According to Asa, people have become unkind and enraged toward one another, blaming such behavior on the economy.
